Casa Pianino is a large holiday home with air-conditioning in Balestrate's countryside. By car, you'll reach Balestrate's center or the sandy beaches within 4 minutes.
The holiday home has four bedrooms. In the first, there's a double bed, the second and third have two single beds, that can be combined to make a double bed, and the fourth, smaller bedroom has a single bed.
From the living area with open kitchen you have direct access to the porch, where you can relax in the shade. The trees in the garden area offer lots of privacy.
Via the porch you can reach the outdoor table and outdoor kitchen, equipped with barbecue and pizza oven. Via the external stairs you can reach the roof terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the countryside, the Castellammare Bay and the rocky mountains that surround it.
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m2 property with citrus and olive trees. The house and its garden are surrounded by a fence and a privacy wall with an entrance gate, making it a safe environment for children to play.There's also enough place to park your car.
Casa Pianino will be renovated in January 2010. The roof terrace will be fitted with a new tiled floor and a gazebo with a table and chairs, so you could either sit in the sun or in the shade. The bathroom will be completely renovated, which is why you won't find any pictures of the bathroom on the website at this time.
The renovation work will definitively be complete before the Spring and Summers seasons begin, after which we will place new pictures on our website.
