Appartamento Rosa is a recently renovated (November 2008) apartment in the coastal town of Alcamo Marina, between Balestrate and Castellammare del Golfo, within a 5 minute walk from the large, sandy beach.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people comfortably. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a three-quarter bed. From the large bedroom you have access to the apartment´s garden.
In the air-conditioned living room, you´ll find a couch and a dining table. The fully operational kitchen is fitted with an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine, which is located in the bathroom.
From the living area you have access to a covered, outdoor area with a large wooden dining table: ideal for having breakfast or dinner!
The garden area is surrounded by a privacy wall and has a secure entrance gate, making it a safe environment for children to play.
The road in front of the apartment is quiet and there is sufficient parking space. Only three minutes in the direction of the beautiful beach, you will find a small grocery store.
