The luxury apartment Paciudda is located on the ground floor of a villa with swimming pool in Balestrate's countryside. Balestrate's center and its sandy beaches are a three minute drive away.
Via the first, large terrace (65 m2, from which about half is covered) you can enter the apartment. Directly on your right you'll find the bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. To the left you will find the first bedroom with two single beds and the second bedroom with a double bed and air-conditioning.
From the hallway you'll reach the living area with open kitchen, fireplace, dining table, couch and TV. The two doors in the air-conditioned living room lead to the terrace.
Via the small stairs next to the terrace you can reach the garden area where the swimming pool will be located (dimensions: 3.40m x 9.80m).
The swimming pool will be placed in long before the spring and summers seasons begin, after which we will place new pictures on our website. The swimming pool can be used from the April 10th until October 30th.
The garden is surrounded by a fence with electronic entrance gate and trees, offering lots of privacy. The villa's owners live upstairs and they won't be using the swimming pool very often themselves.
