Appartamento Magnolia is one of two recently renovated apartments (see: Appartamento Margherita) within walking distance from the center of Balestrate.
The apartment contains a large living room with sofa-bed, TV, kitchen, and air-conditioning. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine and a terrace.
The apartment can accommodate 6 people in total: The living area is large enough to keep the sofa-bed open as a double bed, so you can use this area as an extra bedroom.
The large terrace (much more spacious than that of Appartamento Margherita) is equipped with a table and chairs, a large umbrella, and deckchairs. From the terrace you can see the Golfo di Castellammare.
If you have more than 4-6 people in your group, you can also rent the apartment next to the Margherita: Appartamento Margherita.
The apartment is located close to the corso, the Via Madonna del Ponte and the center of the small coastal town of Balestrate. Several shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance. You can also reach one of Balestrate’s beaches on foot (about 15 minutes). However, we do recommend that you rent a car to be able to visit all the places of interest on this beautiful island.
